About this map: This map is primarily based on data compiled by the JAX Rental Housing Project at the University of North Florida as of August 2023. The data was then cross-checked against property sales since that time to find apartment complexes which had changed hands. Property appraiser records were then used to add in apartment complexes that had opened since that date. Attempts were made to ensure the map is accurate as of the initial posting date in November 2024. After that point, apartment complexes may have changed hands.
